Do you provide samples?

Yes we are glad to provide different types of samples for your evaluation before you confirm any bulk order as a professional custom activewear manufacturer. Sample service helps you check fabric hand feel, cutting workmanship, fitting effect and overall product performance before mass production, so you can fully verify our quality standard.

We offer fabric swatches, pre production samples and fit samples according to your project demands. All samples can follow your custom specifications including selected fabric composition, custom color, printing logo and personalized cutting details. Our technical team will review your design files and confirm sample making lead time, sample cost and related requirements in advance.

Please note that sample making fee and international shipping cost will be charged accordingly. For formal bulk orders that meet our minimum order quantity, we can discuss partial or full sample fee refund policy. Once samples pass your inspection and confirmation, we will lock all specifications to keep consistent quality for the following mass production.

If you need to arrange multiple styles for comparison, we support combined sample packing to optimize your logistics budget. Please share your design drawings, tech packs or reference photos with our sales team, and we will prepare a complete sample quotation and production schedule for your private label apparel project.
