This MOQ setting is designed to support both new startup brands and long term cooperative clients while matching our factory stable production arrangement.The MOQ standard is formulated based on real apparel production workflow. Fabric is produced in full rolls, and one roll of fabric can generally make around 80 to 100 garments depending on different patterns and cutting layouts. Any unused leftover fabric will become waste material and bring extra raw material loss. Besides fabric cost, fixed machine setup expense exists for each production run. Whether you produce a small batch or a large batch, the setup cost for cutting sewing and finishing equipment stays similar.If the order quantity goes far below the standard MOQ, average unit cost will rise obviously due to shared fixed production expense and higher fabric waste rate.
